Giant left main coronary artery aneurysm: Our experience of rare case

Introduction. Coronary artery aneurysms are rare disorders, especially left main coronary aneurysm. In literature there number of reported cases with aneurysms, various localization, size, clinical presentation and way treatment. There is no unique consensus about the most adequate treatment in these patients; surgery still preferable, although some new experiences percutaneous The decision made for each patient individually. We report a case giant aneurysm, acute syndrome heart failure presentation, surgically treated. Case report. A 66-year-old female was admitted to Emergency Department our Clinic due chest pain dyspnea. Acute non-STEMI myocardial infarction anterolateral localization diagnosed (CK max 1,111, troponin T 3.754) complicated failure. Heart catheterization angiography revealed saccular, 3.5 x mm aneurysm full thrombi, compressing proximal segments anterior descending (LAD) circumflex (Cx). Conclusion. Giant pathologic finding established principles Although, now available selected cases, surgical approach preferred patients.
